I have no idea what the part is called.

With a bit of wiggling I managed to get it off. It looks like a brass pin has broken off. Can you get a replacement part or do you have to buy a new tap?

The lever to redirect the water from the taps to the shower head is loose. I have taken the screw cover off, removed the screw and tried to pull the lever off but the lever won't come off. I don't want to try too hard in case I break it. I'm assuming that there's a rubber washer in there...

I notice this problem in colleges, government buildings and similar places. I don't have smart lighting in my house.

When I say smart lighting, I mean a PIR sensor triggers the light to turn on. I keep finding that lights go off when I am still in the room, motionless for a few seconds. Is this due to a poor installation (not enough sensors, threshold not set correctly etc...) or just a bug with this type...

Yes, it does leak a bit from the swivel. I changed the o-ring on the cold tap.

The neck is loose on the mixer tap I have in the kitchen. It moves/wobbles back and forth. Is there a way to tighten this or will I need a new tap?
