Thanks for your help, it was the cicuit board in the end, even though the parts shop doubted me and asked me to bring the heater element in for testing first. £50 for a new card and its as good as new. Thanks Ken.

All the connections in the bottom are like new, were about is the PCB hiding, I'll check that next, I've checked the water temp with an infrared thermometer on the tube at the back and it only rose from 16C to 21C so its got to be a controller problem. Thanks Ken.

I've checked the heater element and this checks out okay at 30 ohms. Does anyone know were I can find a wiring diagram on a web site. Thanks Ken

Hi, we have a Hotpoint BFI 620 Dishwasher that is not getting hot on the wash cycle, does anybody know were the heater element is on these. Thanks Ken.
