It was the heater element, well it was acutally the overheating shutoff which is part of the element. All sorted now with nice new element Thanks for the help

It's not actually getting as far as rinse when on a programme, only when I manually put it on rinse does it rinse and drain. But I thought it was probably heater. Is there a way of testing the element? And how is it removed, as I removed the nut at the back and it pulls about 5milimetres but...
