Sorry, where is the fire valve?

It was the one with the allen key socket (approx. 20mm diameter grub screw) to the left of the reset button..? I haven't done any other diagnosis.

My customer's Warmflow boiler is not firing. I have unscrewed the bleed valve fully but neither air nor diesel comes out. There is oil in the tank.
