Thanks for that, the chap came out to fix it but left again, unable to repair, ill ring him with the error and hopefully !!! he will come back, thanks again..... :D

Does anyone no what F5 means, its flashing with a red light and the boiler wont light, I have no manual to refer to, thankyou....
