    boiler serviced recently, and fan replaced as it was sticking - my username confirms I am becoming slightly 'off colour' with continued breakdowns etc.. will investigate venturi to see if this prevents pilot going out - presumably a fan running at hi speed is likely to blow out the pilot??!!

    new on forum - so forgive if topic been covered before.. I have a vokera excel - when turning on hot tap the flame doesnt fire up - it fires up only when central heating comes on seems to be a regular fault - live in edinburgh - anybody help?
