Loose Neutral connection in Pull Switch........guess i should have checked the switch before posting !!! Thanks to all that replied. Great site.

Just fitted a new electric shower......straight replacement (exact same shower)for old one, but when i switch the shower on the power light on the shower goes off and nothing happens. The pull cord power indicator still shows as ok . Please help .....thank you.
