There has never been an air brick there m8.but if wot i've dne don't wrk then i'll have to put air brick in.

I do mate .Just dn't wont 2 put air bricks in as i have cladding on the front of my house thats all.Any help is most greatfully received.

I have put ceiling vents in 2day ,So fingers crosses. We also have started to open the window in our bedroom in the day now and leave the spare bedroom door and window open now aswell.so i'm hopin we have saw the last of the black mould now.

only dry clothes down stairs and have an extrator in bathroom .

To johnD So are you saying then the vent in the ceiling and side of the cupboard wont work??? And nor will insulating etc the walls in cupboard??? The only way is to put in air bricks??? Thanks for all your help johnD

The cold dry air will come in from the ceiling vent wnt it?isn't the ceiling vent the same idea as an air brick then as its allowing the air from outside into the cupboard etc????Shell i close the other vents jst have ceiling vents? No not thought of that .How do i do that?? Shell i do the...

Ok,So it would do the trick if i was to put air vents in the ceiling of the cupboards into the loft as the air from out side is flowing up there and would go in from the ceiling and out the other vents ??????????And i could then close the door of the cupbords then???? Thanks

So more vents then. Can they be vents into the room or do they have to be vents to outside air???Thanks for your help!

we also have a dehumidifire in the room. Would more vents in the bottom and sides do the trick??
