Hi, Biasi 24s flame stopped. both for DHW and CH. Plumber took the Diverter Value out, (a friend), and he cleaned it and changed the membranes and springs, etc. The problem is that the shaft pin that connects the switch to fire it up is not opening and closing. If we manually connect...

Also have the exact same problem. The temp stays around 70/80, cuts out for 10 - 14 seconds and then comes back on. This process is repeated. thanks for your help

Thanks for the quick reply. The bolier was already fitted when we moved in 18 months ago. We've also had the system flushed. Recently 4 or so parts have been changed (membrane, service kit, flow swtiches just to name a few) & still we're getting problems! We'll get the system flushed again...

Thanks for all your help yesterday, when I got home i tried the boiler and it started working!! Totally bonkers,
