btw warm water is coming out of the taps now. even though it is on manual does it mean that isnt working

there does not to appear to be what i would call a thermostat but then i am a newby......there is however a temperature screw on the control panel on the cylinder

yes. To be honest all seems well to me in the *airing cupboard*........while i was waiting for your post i went to the boiler downstairs and to turn try out the taps and noticed that it is not firing when in the *ON* position for the hot water. But it does fire up when turning the CH on.

from the silver box the primary flow into the tank has been hot. the one that seems to be hot now is the pimary return.......but as we speak it has gone cold.

the pipe from the silver box going to the cylinder is hot. 2 pipes are luke warm (emersion was switched on an hr ago) the others are cold but we believe them to be inlets the pipes from the white box do not go into the cylinder Cheers

both are extremely hot

there are 2 that we think it may be.... the first one having 3 pipes but it does not look like valve....it is at the highest level and looks like a top hat. the secomd being a white box but only has 2 pipes that we can see or feel which is at the bottom of the sp53 valve. the is a cold...

the silver one on the brass pipes is motorised and seems to be working....i am having trouble locating the 3 way valve.....could it be located on the top or the bottom of the cp53 valve?

where will I find them?

Boiler - Suprima 30L - Gas / Santon Premier Plus No Hot Water Had to remove CP53 pump because of bad leak, replaced gasket and refitted. Pump refitted yesterday at 16:30, problem started yesterday 22:00 thanks
