Bathroom Sink Trap Stinks!

Hi there,

Basically our bathroom sink stinks with this horrible sulfur/sewage smell when the bath is drained...

I'm thinking the bath and sink are draining trough the same waste and when the bath plug is pulled (when the smell starts) the pressure is siphoning the water in the sink bottle trap out? Is there a way I can solve this/top up the water?
