Semidetached - Who owns the roof tiles in the middle column?

There are eleven ridge tiles: five on my side, five on my neighbour's side, and one in the center.

Who's responsible for the center ridge tile, and the column of tiles below it?

You are jointly responsible. But if there was a crack on one side of the ridge tile then technically whoever has the crack ed end will be responsible. Prey tell, tell us more ....

Logically if someone is doing roof work and they need replacing, then that person replaces them. Strictly, the costs would be shared as the use and benefit of those tiles is shared, but most people would just do it at no cost to the neighbour, and a reasonable neighbour just be grateful.
