New Forum Help Unable to start a conversation

Hi. This is my first post on the website. I am trying to start a conversation to get some help. But when I click start a conversation, I get an error, ''please enter at least one valid recipient'' but I don't see where to enter the recipient nd I don't know what recipient to enter. Please help, thanks

Perhaps you were trying to send a PM, for those you need to enter a recipient.

As mattylad says, if you're trying to post a private message you need to enter the username whom you want to send to your message to in the 'Participants' box:


If on the other hand you are trying to post a thread in the forum for everyone to see, click on one of the forum sections (e.g. Plumbing) and then the 'Post new thread' button. This is what you did to post your message above of course.
