Hi,
I have a canvas bag and an old laptop bag that I wanted to re-use and were stored on top of a wardrobe. tbh they were packed quite tightly on top of the wardrobe. (Wardrobe has a 2 foot gap between top of it and ceiling). So there prob was not a lot of airflow with all of the stuff i stored on top of this wardrobe.
We are in a flat and admit we have some bad habits such as drying clothes on top of radiators - going to stop that now and get a vented tumble dryer hopefully in a few weeks.
The really nice canvas bag is one that I use as a carry on when going on flights and i also had a nice old laptop bag - both are canvas type material. Now unfortunately, they both have white mould spores on them. The large canvas bag smells more musty. Don't really want to throw these bags away if I can avoid it - how can i clean them.
I got some white vinegar at home and prob some bleach lying around...Appreciate some ideas on how to get rid of this stuff so that it's gone permanently from these 2 items and i can use them again.
thanks
