Candy CDI1012/B-80 fills when off!!!!

I have a Candy CDI1012/B-80 that fill the sump up when it's turned off!!!!

I've fitted a new electro valve and it still does it!!!! if you tun off the supply it does not do it, that's why I fitted the valve......

Can anyone help?

Check for voltage at the valve whilst machine plugged in but not actually on.
Could be fill relay 'leaking' current, on the control board, or could be a wiring issue, current leakage.

If that all checks out ok its an issue with the programme chip on control board.

Thanks for that, tried as you suggested and it looks like the chip!! time for a new machine me thinks!

What reading did you get at the valve?

Could just need a new relay soldered on pcb, about £2 if you can solder.

Voltage reading across valve?
Test the relay, let me know if you don't know how.
