Was neighbour supposed to lead-flash the roof boundary during their works?

Don't take the chance .
You can get his insurance details and ask the company if it's valid .
Ltd doesn't protect you or mean he's a safe bet or not .
Is he vat registered?
You can check that online simply

Thanks all, I went with someone else. However yet another weird evolution has happened haha!
I have had about 8 roofers quote for this work, and 7 of them said it was impossible to do without having scaffolding on both our sides. However the last guy actually managed it by putting scaffolding on my tenement! I hope it doesnt hurt the roof below? It's only one day's work though innit, should be Ok? If it's ok, why didnt the other 7 say so though?

I was under the impression it was your neighbour (the woman you call rude names) that had had a new roof done. And that you weren't sure how long ago it'd been done, and ended up using Google Street to gauge how long ago it was. But now you've got your scaffolding on the new roof!
I'm totally confused.

Her new roof damaged the boundary, so mine is leaking. She refused to fix it, she refused access to even fix it myself. Every other roofer said they needed scaffolding on her side. I don't know why this one didnt. The scaffolding is on top of the tenement roof which Im not happy about, was worried it cant take the weight, but probably ok for one day?

The main roof for the rest of the house is directly above this photo.
The roofer is now 3 days late ffs. Which c*** cursed me. Its one f***king day's work, why would he even delay this!!!

Have you paid the roofer any money?
If so, he won't be rushing to fix your roof.

But why would every other roofer say it was impossible to do without going into the other houses garden? And is it safe for the roof beneath?

Also why would someone that gets paid a huge amount for 1 days work, but even though the scaffolding is up, just wont turn up to do the job?
He got no money upfront. Worried he is paid by the neighbour to stall me. She knows she will be sued.
