When i switch on the central heating the boiler goes into start up mode every time for the first 10 to 15 minutes, and then its away even though its left on standby for the domestic water. my installer says its normal even though in the book it says only after the its been switched off on...

Hi, Just had a new boiler fitted, the installer left the charging key in it doesnt willingly come out, is it ok to leave in. Cheers
