    Waste vs. trap

Waste on the left 40 internal, trap on the right 41mm external. Trap doesn't fit inside waste by 1mm. Assumed it was a imperial-metric problem so I bought a new one. Same problem. Is this a faulty waste or do i need some kind of coupler?

How do I see if my shower pump is working?

I've just installed all the pipe work fresh. Is there a easy way to check if a shower pump is working our not before I continue? I flushed the hot/cold sides of the system for 5 minutes before turning it on and you can hear each side of the pump click on when the outlet valves are opened...

The drip is coming from the little black plastic screw on these gold things. They were loose but now i've tightened them and...

    Shower pump setup

If where it says Other Supplies it routes to cold water taps. Am I going to get any pressure in the taps once the shower pump turns on? Part of me thinks it would be the case that if the pump was on and you opened the taps they would actually suck air up but surely this can't be.

    Conduit for shower cable

When I bought my house the shower cable runs from the floor to the ceiling on the landing parallel to a door frame although it wasn't secured in anyway and just flapping around. I was thinking about taking off the vertical part of the door frame and hollowing out a groove in the back for the...
