So we've used 3x2" cls.
And created a timber perimeter 300mm all around the rooms ceiling.
So the central ceiling area is lowered by 3" & when plastered, will have downlights in it, while around the ceilings perimeter is now a raised feature.
Trouble is because the cls are 2.4m long & the room...
Briefly... do you guys have any experience on Heatline Monza's?
My lovely neighbour has had a few issues with Heating intermittently not working & cutting out when it does kick in.
Also when listening to the boiler, it didnt seem to go on full rate & it just trundled along very slowly...

We,ve upgraded the DVR, so that higher megapixel cameras can be added now & so its capable & ready to Upgrade easily in the future.
The old dvr (Cobra HDTVI-16E) ran 11 Tpro 2mp cameras.
All we have done is replace the DVR with a (UNV xvr302-16q) and reconnected the 11 BNC connections.
But...
The boiler has just had new diaphragms in diverter. The boiler was isolated at the boiler and drained at boiler.
My friend said there seemed to be more water than usual came out. As he's had a lot of jobs done on the diverter. And helps out with opening / closing taps, getting rid of drained...
The system is fitted as per instructions.
From bottom of tank to highest point in system is 700 mm
Flow under Gravity is 2 l per 30 seconds.
But still pump struggles to kick in for 1 of the showers.
1st shower is bar mixer and works fine.
2 nd is a concealed 2 way divert or, so it has a hand...
