Hi, I have a Glow-worm FlickerFlame gas fire in the lounge. It ignites OK when you hold the gas knob down at number 1 on the dial but after you wait 10 - 20 seconds and then try to turn the heat up to 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 the flame goes out! :-( Any idea to the cause as to why it will not hold...
