    Electric showers - do they have an integral pump??

    Safest Loft Ladder on Market - don't want another broken arm

    In the summer we moved into our new house which came with an installed loft ladder. The first time I went up it to look in the loft it became unfixed and collapsed with me on it. I broke my arm needing surgery to be fixed up again. As you can guess I'm pretty concerned about fitting a new one...
