Hello, just wondering if anyone has advice on how to deal with this pretty awful wall texture. Previous resident applied a textured paint and then top coat of colour. It’s so thick in places! What is it? Is it safe to sand? Or should I skim coat it? Would that even work? Hoping someone out...
