Why can't twin & earth be run diagonally?

I've been left with a bit of a mess by an electrician. He came in & put a hole in my brick work (which I've now fixed) and didn't chase the twin and earth into the wall. I thankfully didn't pay him a penny & he's never asked for it (I think he knows he ****ed up) but he also isn't willing to...

I'm now trying to find out how to fit this condensate pipe to my waste pipe. Is it a DIY friendly...

Is plywood the best material for non-bathroom sub-floors?

I'm trying to refresh my sub-floor as some of it is water damaged and as I've got my carpet up it seems like the perfect time. I've tried to do research into this but it's hard to find reliable info. So far I've found I can use either Plywood, OSB or Chipboard for my floorboards and I'm getting...
