    thank you. Have checked and the bolts dont move so it must be the mechanism. Going to try and find a match. Thank you

    can anyone help?

    I have a UPVC window, when I close it and turn the handle in to the lock position it does not lock, and if you push the window it opens. Is this something I cna fix myself? I have tried a different handle but this did not work and oiling the parts did not work either. Any other suggestions?
