    Hi all, Has taken quite a while but thanks to much advice from this forum, the shed is almost complete. Just lead flashing and a door to hang plus lighting. Just when I thought I could have a rest, now she wants a patio!!!!! Many thanks especially Mr Noseall.

    Tile adhesive

    Hi Jefoss Thanks for replying. I'm unsure what the tiles are made of. They look a bit like quarry tiles (see picture). The porch has a roof over it, but the sides are open so rain could blow in on a blustery day. Thanks. Derek

    Tile adhesive

    Hi, I'm going to tile an outside porch with reclaimed victorian tiles. Can someone please recommend an adhesive for the job. Presumably the adhesive would have to be waterproof. Also can I use the adhesive as grout as well. The area is very small 40 x 160cm. Many thanks.

    Thank you Noseall for the invaluable information. I will do as you suggest. Any tips on cutting rafters, I have never done this before but have looked at many websites. I presume once I build to top of door level, I know the wall plate obviously goes on next. Then do I fit the pitching plate and...
