Hi I dont know where as i does not make sense, if the thermostat is shutting off at the required temp and the boiler is switching off when it should the water should not get too hot, only possible answer is the tank stat but i have tried a new one and there is no change

Hi Surely this will not cause the Hot water to overheat, if the Electrics are working okay and the boiler and pump shutting off when the set temp is reached. Rob

Hi Thanks for your help , i disconnected both orange wires also disconnected the SL, 1 x orange 240v other orange about 95v sounds like they are both playing up, also on the boiler connector block i checked between the live feed in and the purple pump wire and there is a connection between them...
