how do I get the air out of the pipes?

I recently changed a radiator in my kitchen and after refilling tank and radiators and bleeding everything, only some of the radiators upstairs are getting warm all the rest arent. The emersion tank is only warm not boiling hot as usual. Anyone got any suggestions. The pump and the boiler...
