When the hot tap is turned on nothing happens inside the boiler. no fan no nothing

Hot water and central heating was fine. I drained down the system to change some radiators and extend pipes ect. I repressurised the system etc and now the hot water doesnt work, the CH is fine and the electrics are fine. it seems the signs are pointing towards the diverter valve/motor...
