I chose a Keston Celsius 25 boiler because it could be installed in a cellar with the air inlet and flue pipes routed through 50mm MUPVC waste pipe - both are about 15 metres long. I have now seen quite a few alarming reports of problems with these boilers and note that Keston have discontinued...
