Thanks for the quick response

Hi Can anyone of a similar experience advise me on the source of a problem with a Glowworm 35ci combi timer. The mechanical clock appears to be running slower and keeps needing to be reset forwards. Is this an issue with the timer or the pcb ? Many Thanks

Most obvious answer is that either the cold water feed to the combi is not turned on enough. Could try that first. However, as you have just paid to get a new boiler installed, call back the installer to locate the problem !
