Hi Rocks I have read through the manual and associated papers and there is no mention of it!

Does the outlet pipe have an upside down 'u' shape where it meets the sink waste connection? If not the waste may be running back.

I've just had my new dishwasher delivered and inside it loose is a grey (floppy one side like a windscreen wiper) strip measuring 24" x 1" approx. What is this for please????????????
