Recently moved into a new build and noticed a drip from what I assume is an overflow pipe every 10 seconds or so. The boiler is a Ideal Logic System S24 which I believe is a condenser boiler. Is this normal or is it a problem? Look forward to your answers and Best wishes from, Gibson.
