    Thankyou so muchfor looking into that for me...how kind...i have no handbook i afraid, however the machine does get water if i put the cycle on as a prewash but its the only one that works....will check this out though, thanks again

    Did you ever get a solution, our machine sits and flashes prewash why does it just get stuck?

    Any ideas??? my machine is on strike at prewash, i often just use quickwash so tried other programmes but cant get passed prewash.. :roll:
