hi Dave, cold bath tap great but hot no where near the same takes ages to run bath the temp on digi read out have put to 75 but house just not getting any warmer?

Hi everyone i have a few queries ref the above boiler need some advice if poss The house doesn't seem to get above 20c?? The hot tap in the bath runs very slow an not as hot as others?? any help??
