Hi all, My S.E. has specified 2 x 5m steels 254 x 146 x 31, bolted together onto padstones 330 x 250 x 150mm. I figure that this will make the beam about 300mm wide but the wall that it is bearing onto is only 250mm wide, can anyone see any problems with this. Thanks.
