    We want to replace our existing shower, as it's about had it. Currently running a Triton Jade II 8.5kw. Our current shower is connected with a 45amp (cartridge fuse) and 6mm wiring. Can anyone please advise if we are able to go upto 9.5kw with existing setup as we would like to upgrade...

    I've just checked our fuseboard to see what amp the shower is running from. It runs from a 45 amp so do you think we can run a 9.8 kw shower? Thanks

    We need to replace our shower. Existing one knackered - Triton Jade II 8.5 kw. Can anyone please recommend a shower? I've had a Gainsborough and Triton now and they don't seem to last very long.. :x Any advice, recommendation very welcome. Many thanks

    Hi, thanks for that. I assume you're refering to heater element of shower? Would I be able to have a go at descaling or is it tricky and best left to prof?

    I've had my shower, fitted by prof, for about 3 yrs - Triton Jade II 8.5kw. Last couple of days I have to put the temp on it's max, 10, to get any heat in the water. The water then has some heat but the flow is poor. Any ideas please what the problem is? Do these showers only have a short...
