Can anyone help please? After the last wash the machine displayed the code F-12 - but this cleared and i used it again but now door won't open and I can't start a programme as the "key" sign doesnt light up. Can anyone help - there is a cricket kit stuck inside! :D

Can anyone help please? My machine has a really bad smell coming from the drum. I have cleaned out the filter on the front (there was a coin there) and have washed on two hot cycles (one with vinegar, the other with soda crystals) and it still smells! I also don't think it is washing very...
