    Smeg dishwasher DF410SF error E2

Hey there, I've searched through various threads here and on other forums but can't find any for this model. Going by what I've picked up, the problem is either pressure switch, float switch, air brake, aquastop, pcb or a general blockage somewhere. Had a quick look earlier, managed to...

refilling sealed system with glow worm 30cxi

Aye sorry mate you were bang on. Turned the water off, took the valve off and sure enough the end of the plastic valve was jammed in blocking the supply. Got it filled by using the main water valve then closing the filler tap at 1 bar- so we have heat and water til i can get a replacement...

refilling sealed system with glow worm 30cxi

Micky, i just took the plastic cover off the tap and had a look, it seems to be ok. Can't see anything sheared. The tap will only turn so far and then stops- it's not just spinning, actually moves down as the valve opens.

i would guess it's about 8-10 years old. There's no braided fill loop anywhere, only this blue tap. The manual says an external fill loop can be fitted but obviously that hasn't been done.

refilling sealed system with glow worm 30cxi

i drained my heating system to move a radiator. The combi boiler is a glow worm 30cxi. when i came to refill it i found that there is no fill loop, just a blue filling tap, which the manual says is to re-pressurise the system if it drops below 0.7 bar. It then says this tap is not intended...
