water cut off knobs under sink
I want o fix a leaky bathroom sink faucet,but the knobs for the hot/cold water under the sink just keep turning without shutting off the water. Water pipes,etc.,look new.Knobs are small and circular.Am I overlooking something on how to trun off the water?Do you turn valves a certain way or...- howarddd
