    Dump the sandy/ gritty residue clean trap, refill & replace. Important to refill with water or poc can escape on some models.

    Metal Door Frames - Help Please!

    I also have just moved into a 1950s council house with these metal frames, I've been wracking my brains thinking of a way to cheat these frames as I know if I try to remove one it'll be a nightmare ! One idea I've had is to run an angle grinder down the "architrave" then fix a door lining...

    Hi, just wondered if any of you guys know of a good place to buy fence panels & posts, the best ive found is 10 6x6 panels & 11 75x75 posts for £270 inc vat & delivery. i know thats a good price but im on a tight budget as im only renting the property. thanks in advance, Jim.

    Thanks Bengasman, im lucky enough to have a huge folder with loads and loads of boiler manuals in it from a previous job so ill have a look through that, ive noticed the baxi course teaches multimeter use, can anyone reccomend a decent quality one? thanks for reading, Jim.
