I have managed to take the cover screw off but I just can't seem to turn the valve inside, the only screwdriver I have small enough just dosnt seem to be strong enough. Any suggestions? and when it does work loose, how far do i turn it?

I have just tried the heating after the summer and the rads are not getting warm at all. The boiler seems to fire up but nothing happens. The hot water is working fine. Last winter we had a similar problem when the rads upstairs would be on fine but when we came down stairs they were stone...
