Hallo, can anyone advise, my house is about 40 years old ,rendered cement walls . I have noticed a patch of wet wall(no mould ) in an upstairs bedroom on wall of gable end. Not on same wall as window. About floor level up 2/3 feet ,about one foot wide. How worried should i be, what should i do...
