yeah, forgot to mention that it has snowed so much lately.

Hi there, I live in a rented flat. I remember ages ago when I opened the loft some gravel, like dried concrete fell from there. I've noticed in the last week or so I've heard a lot more falling. I just opened the loft and quite a bit fell out of the hatch. What is it? And should I worry...
