I am working on an Alpha cb 33 boiler and the CH comes on when only the HW switched on i have just replaced the diverter valve assembly because of a leak but the main problem still persists any help will be gratefully recieved

i know the hse regulation states that the flue terminal for an open flued boiler should be 600 mm from the pitch of the roof but is this also the case for a room sealed combi .... ? if not what if any is the regulation ?? regards
