Not sure where the back door light is getting its feed from. I'll take a look at it tomorrow.
There's a socket on the inside wall. So take a cable from it to a 3a FCU and take a cable from it to the sensor light?
Thanks for your replies.
Just followed that smaller white cable on the right to the light in the Attic.
The new cable needs to go to a sensor light at the side of the house. I have a light above the back door. Could I run a spur from it ?
The White one on the left is going to an extension lead. The Grey I presume is coming from a main circuit ? The other smaller white one on the right I haven't followed.
I'm looking to wire an external Sensor light from a junction box I have in the Attic (Picture attached). From reading posts on here - I need to take a spur from the box using 2.5mm cable (grey cable in picture?) to a FCU with a 3a fuse, then run a 1.5mm cable to the sensor light ?
Just...
Thanks lads. Had an idea it wasn't the thing to do. Yep, have a socket I can run a spur from, it just involves removing a few tiles, and drilling in a small space, which I was trying to avoid.
Hi,
I've just bought a dishwasher. The only handy available socket is for the fridge\freezer. Can I put an adapter in that socket (fridge\freezer and extension lead in adapter) then run the extension lead to the dishwasher ? Would this be safe.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Joe.
