I fixed this on the weekend. The gate valve on the exit of the hot water tank coil was too restrictive, slowing the flow down too much. The boiler didn't get rid of it's heat fast enough, and so it shut off, for a few minutes.... Then it came back on, off, on, off etc. It never locked out, it...

Did this one get fixed ? My potterton 60L is doing exactly the same thing. I have the single LED board, I think it was replaced 3 years ago...

Mine is doing this too. It's on for a few minutes, then just goes off for a bit, even though the hot water is still calling for heat. I had a bath last night, and the CH was off all evening. (to assist testing). The tank was emptied due to my bath, and so the HW was calling for heat all...
