I am a right numpty when it comes to plumbing - so apologies first of all. I have a Mira 88 shower mixer which is leaking through the shower head. I have renewed the shower head and hose - but I still have a leak. I assume it is just a matter of renewing a washer - but how do I get in it to...

The light in my bathroom will not switch off!!! :roll: Pulling on the cord does not click like it used to do - is it just a matter of replacing the switch or is there something else I can do? Thanks in anticipation.
