Loft conversion underway on property with adjacent garden to my next door neighbour. Planning permission on this build was denied twice but Certificate of Lawfulness issued. Will overlook gardens and blocks out light, is there any course of action open to neighbours or myself?
I live in a ground floor flat in a 3 storey house, which was converted into 2 self-contained flats in 1984. Would I need the permission of the other occupant of the house to enable me to gain a Certificate of Lawfulness?
