    I would dye test all your drains and your slabs to see if anything comes through. I did a job next to Heaton Park and it turned out whatever water landed on the neighbours new tarmac drive, found its way into my customers sub floor.

    I’ve just put mine on 50mm of wet sand and sharp sand mix on a hard clay/soil base. There’s a low bit that I brought up with MOT
