I am unable to "unscrew" the drain filter. The filter can be rotated clockwise to the "12 O'Clock" position but the manual would appear to need it at the "3 O'Clock" position before it is able to be withdrawn. The furthest that mine can be rotated is to the "10 O'Clock" position before it goes...
